Who is OnePoint Presence for?
OnePoint Presence is designed for established New Zealand service businesses that want to stay visible and professional online without having to plan, create and publish their own content every week.
Is this just a social media posting service?
No. We take the time to understand your business, customers and voice, then plan and create content around what actually matters to your audience. We create appropriate visuals, adapt content for your selected platforms, schedule and publish it, and review performance over time.
We also start with a Digital Presence Review so we’re looking at your wider online presence, not social media in isolation.
What does the commitment involve?
There is no minimum term. Your service is paid monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
What is the Digital Presence Review?
At the start, we review your social media, Google Business Profile and website to identify what’s working, where there are opportunities to improve and anything that may be affecting how your business presents online.
The Digital Presence Review is included with every OnePoint Presence package. Any additional work identified can be discussed separately.
Which platforms do you cover?
Your package determines how many social platforms we manage. Presence Essential covers up to 2 relevant platforms, Core Presence covers up to 3, and Presence Premium covers up to 4.
We’ll help determine which platforms make the most sense for your business and customers, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Do I need to provide the content?
No — that’s the point. We take care of the planning, writing and content creation.
We’ll need your input to understand your business properly, and real photos, videos, updates, projects, wins and things happening inside your business are always valuable.
You can also provide ready-to-publish video for us to incorporate into your content plan. Video filming and editing are not included unless arranged separately.
Do I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. During onboarding, we’ll agree how you’d like approvals handled.
Through My Presence, you can review content, approve it, edit and approve it, or request changes before it is scheduled.
As we get to know your business and voice, you can also choose to allow OnePoint to manage publishing within the agreed approach without requiring individual approval each time.
What is My Presence?
My Presence is your secure OnePoint client portal. It gives us one place to understand and maintain the information we need to manage your digital presence, including your Business Profile, brand information, approved assets and content preferences.
It also gives you a simple way to review and approve content when approval is required.
